Order processing times are calculated separately from shipping and delivery times. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances (such as supply chain delays), processing times may extend to 3-4 business days, and we will notify you via email if any significant delays occur. Please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) on a business day will be processed the following business day.
We offer shipping to most regions worldwide, with delivery timelines varying based on your location. Domestic shipping (within the contiguous region) typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of order processing. For remote domestic locations, delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days. International shipping timelines range from 7-14 business days for standard shipping, and 3-5 business days for expedited shipping (where available). Please keep in mind that international deliveries may be subject to customs delays, which are beyond our control and may extend the total delivery time.
Shipping costs are determined based on your shipping address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above a certain order value, and promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time. For international orders, shipping costs include basic customs fees, but any additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority to learn more about potential additional charges before placing an international order.
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Shower curtains are folded neatly and wrapped in protective plastic to prevent wrinkles and water damage during transit. Shower heads are packaged in sturdy boxes with foam padding to safeguard against scratches, dents, or breakage. Soap dishes are wrapped individually and placed in shock-absorbent packaging to avoid damage. Despite our best efforts, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time through our shipping partner’s website. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order has been shipped, so we kindly ask for your patience if the tracking details are not immediately available.
We do not currently offer shipping to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or temporary addresses. All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address where someone is available to receive the package during regular delivery hours. If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, the shipping carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package from a local facility. Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will be processed as a returned order, and a restocking fee may apply.
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. In such cases, you may need to refuse delivery or initiate a return once the package has been received.
